‘Any woman would be quite nervous about meeting a man on her own, but for me, I felt safe and secure as soon as I wrote my email enquiry to Miguel. We had a beautiful conversation via video call before we met and this made me feel even more confident in meeting with him. Miguel collected me from the Train Station in perfect timing and as soon as we met, it felt like our souls had known each other beyond this lifetime, so straight away, I knew I had made the right decision. Miguel made me homemade food, with Cacoa and I could really feel the love from the food, the first time a man had made me food in a long time, so I felt like a Princess. We spent most of the morning talking through things I wanted to heal, I felt the energy flow through me beautifully as we spoke together. Him holding space for me, allowed me to express how I feel with no judgement or perception, so I felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. Then Miguel offered to give me a foot blessing, I felt so honoured and grateful for this gift. Mary Magdalene gave Jesus a foot blessing as an initiation and healing for him. We spent the afternoon walking around Glastonbury and seeing all the sites, from start to finish with in depth talking, compassion for one another and healing. As well as learning about the history of Glastonbury. It was very comforting for me to be in balanced Masculine and Feminine Energy. The sacred Union of the Heart, I felt all day with Miguel. It opened up many portals in my heart, that I had closed down because of men. I now have a friend for life, because of that, I cherish our moments together close to my heart. ‘At the end of last year I had felt like I was broken open, raw and not sure which way to head next. I then suffered with one of the worst and longest bouts of insomnia I had ever experienced. I was at a lost not really sure where to turn next and trying to avoid the pharmaceutical route, I was looking for something deeper to help me. My Fiancé knew that the insomnia was a surface level issue and I needed to work on the root of the problem and had found Miguel by chance. Although I was slightly nervous not really knowing what to expect, I immediately felt at ease with Miguel, I could talk with him for hours. “The Sacred Union retreat struck me as the ideal opportunity to explore the root of my inner turmoil and its outward expression. I could no longer break-out of or endure my entrenched behaviours that were causing pain to myself and those around me. I had been receiving Sacred Union Mentoring from Miguel for several weeks prior to the deciding to go on the retreat. ‘The moment I saw Miguel (online) and heard him speak, I knew he had embodied the Wild Man.
It would take me almost another year to finally book my sessions with him, and suffice to say, he has supported me in connecting many missing dots in my own life — particularly with my maternal and paternal lineages. ‘Miguel Dean is quite a phenomenon.
I did a telephone session with him and it was not like any healing or therapeutic session I have done before.
Initially I found myself spilling out some of the grittier painful experiences of my life. I felt like I was talking to someone who would not judge me or be daunted by what I was saying.
As I talked more emotionally I felt some tension coming into my body. I was laying bare some things with emotion I don’t usually feel comfortable showing.
Miguel would make calming comments here and there. He has a poetic and broad view.
Towards the end of the session when my emotions had created quite a bit of tension in my body, I suddenly felt and saw a bright light in my third eye. I felt the tension release in relief.
Then I felt his very earthy energy surrounding me, and moving up my spine in a strengthening way.
I felt how I naturally push men away, but he just held me steady energetically.
It was an interesting grounded feeling I have never had before.

“It’s been 2 weeks since I had a 2 day retreat with Miguel and I can say with all honesty I am not and will not be thesame man I was before. “I have been working one to one with Miguel since Christmas. I saw an advert in the Glastonbury ‘Oracle’ and knew he was the right mentor for me. In the months that past, I saw the development of his new venture and thought it would be an excellent opportunity to go into retreat, and deeper into my issues. What I like about Miguel is that he is no ‘guru’ (except for in the kitchen). In my one to one work and time with him during the retreat, he let me find the answers within myself to solve my issues. During the retreat we used intuition, the elements, signs and synchronicities in order to guide the way. Miguel is not the type of person who proclaims that his way is best, he works with you to find your way. Miguel is more of a supportive figure who offers advice at the right time, and gently nudges you if you are off compass. My retreat was a magical and nurturing experience. We visited the sacred sites that Glastonbury had to offer in order to provide our answers i.e Glastonbury Tor, Chalice Well Peace Gardens, White Spring (from the outside), Wearyall Hill, Goddess Temple, Mary Magdalene Chapel, Druid Trees of Gog and Magog, and the Avalon Apple Orchards. Miguel provides sanctuary during the retreat by allowing you into his spiritually energized home, and provides you with lovely healthy food for the duration. Miguel is a great cook, and I really enjoyed the food he prepared for me. The nature and the magic of Glastonbury provide everything else you need during your retreat. Miguel made sure that I scheduled my retreat so I could take part in the Avalon men’s circle in order to harness the masculine energies (a big part of Miguel’s work). This was an experience within itself, and something which is not normally accessible where I live. I would recommend taking part in the men’s group in order to fully deepen your experience.
