The Return to Sacred Union of Man and Woman

This beautiful painting entitled Accolade by Edmund Blair Leighton is a powerful illustration of the times that we are living in and what is being asked of us. But do not be deceived by the simplicity of the image as it is multi layered.

It represents the physical realm and dynamic of man and woman but it is also about the inner divine masculine and feminine twin flame energy present within every human. In many ways the more masculine energy of the mind may need to be in service of the more feminine heart to redress the imbalance that has been prevalent for too long as a result of the patriarchal paradigm we have been living for so long.

When women have been disrespected, tortured and denigrated for many generations it takes a woman in her power to be able to fully honour a man as depicted in the painting.

How many women still carry the pain and anger of their sisters and mothers and would much rather sever the man’s head rather than honour him?

How many women still carry wounds inflicted by ignorant or abusive fathers, brothers and ex-lovers?

Bu the truth is that these men were lost to their own sacred masculinity, since the west has, for a long time, only reflected a distorted, stoic, arrogant, domineering masculinity.  Our Ghandis, Martin Luther Kings and noble, balanced, healthy male role models have for too long made up a tiny portion of guidance around what it means to be a man and they are not often seen or represented in the mainstream media and so the possibility of being this type of man remain obscured.  The huge engine of the film industry, media, big business and governments portray an, at best, narrow strand of true masculinity and at worse a massive distorted model of what it means to be a ‘real’ man.

As a result of this, women have adapted and sacrificed aspects of their authentic femininity to try and redress the imbalance of power through their emotional prowess and use of seduction.  Both masculine and feminine energy, when in alignment with truth, are complimentary and embracing of each other; both are needed in balance to reach higher levels of consciousness and sovereignty but the current paradigm encourages fragmentation, conflict and disrespect between men and women.

It seems, as far as we can tell from history, that it was religious men who began this corruption of the complimentary male and female dynamic but why?  It may be that they felt threatened by the power of woman as her womb is the portal from which the unmanifest becomes manifest and new human life is born.  Men were scared and fearful and jealous of this power and so they sought power over and dominance and insisted on being the middle men between the people and a male God in an attempt to disempower women.  False dogmas and doctrines arose instead of the truth of the naturally occurring beautiful, miraculous dance of feminine and masculine that is birthing existence eternally.

Can women really wield the sword of truth and honour the men who are stepping forward now, who are awakening to the truth of who they were born to be at this pivotal time in the story of humanity? This is what is being asked of women now because either we all come home, men and women together, or we all remain lost and disconnected from love and the truth of who we really are.  We cannot travel this journey while there is still an inner war raging in the hearts of men and women for the injustices of the past.

It is a time of forgiveness and for laying down our weapons as instruments of pain and power over and using them instead to honour.  To hold a sword, a potential tool for destruction and use it only to honour and protect is the way of the warrior of the heart.  These are the men and women who are now being asked to step forward.

The time of history (his-story) is over.  And it is not helpful to swing to other extreme in proclaiming that women are better or as capable as men. That is missing the point. How many lives have our souls lived in the bodies of men and women?  Men and women are different and the same at source but the current predominant masculine and feminine dynamic has to change.  When men and women fall out of sacred union the result is the needless suffering, abuse of power and injustice that is rife on earth at this time. Men and women have both been complicit in this to varying degrees but now we know better and we see more clearly. Her-story is no more helpful than his-tory.  It is the time of our-story!  The truth is that paradoxically men and women are complimentary opposites, they are different and both are needed to birth new life.  Is this not a big enough clue that the return to the sacred union of men and women is key to the birthing of a higher consciousness, a new earth or a 5D reality?  When children are born from this love, heaven will be restored to this beautiful planet earth, then we are home.

It takes courage for a man to kneel and bow his head before a woman that is wielding a sword, especially as it is probably his sword which represents his power, which he willingly entrusts to the hands of the divine feminine. The sword is an instrument of death or suffering or an instrument of honouring or protection and the manner in which it is used is dependent, as with any tool, on who wields it.

The darkest hour often precedes the dawn of a new era.  This is that time before the dawn but there is an orange glow spreading across the western sky now.

Men are being asked to kneel in humility and reverence to the divine feminine and willingly surrender their false power; to unify the masculine and feminine within them.  It is time for a balance between the feminine energy of heart and emotions and the masculine energy of head and mind.  In this place of vulnerability a man embodies a new power and strength, born of the divine twin flame union within and The Sacred Masculine arises from his knees; a new man for a New Earth.

Sometimes…

Sometimes it’s a chocolate and Netflix and biscuits and duvet or too many cigarettes sort of day.

We allow ourselves the luxury of not being the positive, proactive person that we were taught was the only sort of person that was worthy of love.

We allow ourselves to softly and tenderly accept the invitation to sink into our lazy, sadness and pull a warm velvet blanket of deep rest around our weary hearts.

We don’t always have to be shiny and bright and clear.

We allow ourselves to be a murky, clouded sky and let the gentle drops of release fall from our tired eyes.

Every cycle has it’s autumn, its time of falling leaves, it’s time of nakedness and vulnerability, its time of energy sinking down, down, down into the roots of being where it feels as if it will be gone for ever.

This embracing of our humanness is what is being asked of us right now.

We no longer need to fight it. No more shall we give ourselves a hard time for having a hard time.

We have stood alone and fought bravely for so long.  Now is the time to lay down our weapons for this is the new courage that is being asked of us;  the courage to be soft and kind with ourselves.

Can we surrender to this grey landscape?

Can we hold ourselves tenderly and compassionately?

Can we still love and honour our beauty even when the person we see in the mirror is not who we thought we should be?

Can we still have faith that everything is happening for the simple reason that it is time to shed more layers of who we thought we were?

Can we fully realise that this melancholy and weariness is an essential part of our journey home to wholeness?

Can we still trust even when those who said they would stand beside us are lost in the maze of their own desperate attempts to find love?

Sometimes it’s a chocolate and Netflix and biscuits and duvet or too many cigarettes sort of day.

And this too shall pass; but for now we rest and know that the wheel of life is turning as we master this new courage and when the purging is done, we shall rise again.

And say to ourselves with a new voice, with a depth and conviction not felt before:  ‘I Love you’.

The Time of Balance

The union of the twin flame divine masculine and feminine energies is NOW!

We are in eclipse season. The sun, the moon, the earth, light and shadow are all moving and merging in their cosmic dance and that dance is taking place within each and every one of us. The universe is inside us and we are inside the universe. Look at the word closely – the truth is often hidden in plane sight!
The Uni – Verse ~ Uni means One and Verse is the regular rhythm of a poem or song. The Universe is one song, one poem one dance with no separation. All is One and it is only the limitation of our senses that perceives separation. We live a paradox of separation and Oneness. That is why we came here into this awesome, miraculous diverse field of existence – to know both. By knowing, experiencing duality we can know One ness and the Universal dance that we are part of, that is in essence who we are.
This dance of the masculine and feminine is an integral part of this universal dance. It is what lies beneath, at the centre of everything, of All. The masculine consciousness and the feminine manifestation of life, the emergence into being, pure creativity birthing constantly. These are not gender bound but we take this male and female form to bring the play of the dance into form.
The feminine was lost, was hidden for many years and only the masculine energy was worshipped and so everything went out of balance. Without balance there can be no realisation of the truth of who and what we truly are. This feminine energy is rising and being realigned in men and women and the same for the masculine energy.
The balance is being restored and the disharmony between the masculine and feminine energy is over. We facilitate this return to unity in our hearts, in our bodies. As we remember to remind our inner child that he/ she is now safe and loved we can return to our divine sovereignty as man and woman living from our true essence of love, truth, compassion and knowing that we are all interconnected. That we are all One and as we do to another or the earth, we do unto ourselves.
The lover you seek, the peace you seek is inside you. Everything is inside you. Do not be distracted by the false promises of the lost societies that we are immersed in. Choose to immerse yourself in the inner kingdom, in the arms of Gaia and you will come home to yourself. It’s a wild and windy and rocky road at times but remember that the journey IS the destination. You are more powerful than you have been led to believe.
Allow the past, the old timelines to fall away. Do not fall prey to fear, to the old stories of your mind, turn down the volume of its dialogue that is like an over anxious parent wanting you to stay in the known. Have the courage to step into the unknown for it is there that treasure awaits you. Allow yourself to open to the possibility of peace and love and being Home Right Now.

I AM Safe. I AM Peace. I AM Home. I AM.

Now is the time of Balance. The Uni-Verse is conspiring to make this as easy as possible. Will you join the dance? Will you surrender to the music? Are you ready to come Home?

If You Come To My Door

If you come to my door then please leave your mind by the path on the garden gate.

It’s not that there is a problem with your mind, you have a beautiful mind, it’s just that it gets a little lost and scared at times.

Do not leave it by my door because it will bounce and jump, so that it can peak through the windows.

Hang it gently, tenderly on the gatepost as if it were your favourite bag with a box of eggs inside.

If you come to my door then take my outstretched hand for you are most welcome into this sacred space.

Let me take your coat and shoes and take a seat while I prepare you something warm and soothing to sip.

Show me with your eyes when you are ready to be held and I will wrap my strong arms around you so that you will know that you are safe and cherished.

And allow me the pleasure of nuzzling under the tumble of your thick brown curls so that I can breathe you in; your exquisite, delicate, feminine fragrance.

If you come to my door please allow me to prepare some food for us while you lay looking so beautiful on the sofa, and rest your sleepy body.

When our bellies are full let’s watch our spirits swirl and blend with the gentle, warm music and soft, cosy candle light.

If you come to my door then perhaps my body will dance and move for you as it has never done before and I will lay back when I am spent and watch your curves ebb and flow to the rhythm of your life’s passion for itself.

If you come to my door then perhaps you will also come to my bed. Perhaps I will lay my hands on you where they are moved to be or I will breathe into you the sacred Lover’s breath and allow the magic to pulsate, to move and tremble your open, physical form.  And the releasing, the transforming will be done with tears and laughter while a  deep reverence and gratitude for this human experience shall join us and watch in awe.

Then we shall lay together and I will caress your face allowing the memories and old fears to surface gently like rainbow bubbles whose time has come to burst.

Please come to my door for your love blesses me as it undoes and dissolves that which was never really me.

Your outstretched hand as I go to leave the bed says so sweetly and tenderly ‘don’t go my love. Stay a while longer.  I want you.’ Your wanting melts my heart and tears for all the unloved and unwanted parts of my self rise up.

And when we are done with our healing, our feeling, our letting go, then we will slip into a hot bath together to wash each other and feel the wet contours of these miraculous human lives. Frankincense and Lavender oil to anoint these sacred bodies that know and feel so much.

If you come to my door then know that I will miss you when you leave; even though we both know that Love can never really leave itself.

If you come to my door…

Interconnectivity, Giving and Receiving

In the realm of the mind and of the five senses everything is separate and there is disconnection and there is a you and a me. This is true.

But beyond the mind and beyond the senses everything is connected, energy is vibrating at different frequencies that our 3D senses are not fine enough to discern, which makes more sense of the saying ‘as I do unto others I do to myself.’ There is only One. No more you and me. Only the I AM presence. This is also true.

I like to think of humanity as a human body. Every person and every thing on this planet makes up the complete body of humanity and each individual person is like an individual atom that makes up the whole. All those cells and atoms in our bodies are carrying on their business apparently unaware of other cells in far distant realms of the body. And yet there is a symbiosis an interdependence which takes place perhaps through the grace of consciousness that ensures that, when we are in good health, everything runs smoothly. What a miracle. The same happens in the world in that people in distant lands are responsible for decisions that affect us, clothes, food and much more that impacts on our experiences. What happens on the other side of the world affects us. This is easily seen with weather patterns but as we live from the heart we notice that like the weather, another’s suffering becomes our suffering and another’s joy is felt as our joy. This is why when we return to the heart we cannot sit idly by and allow injustice to happen. We are called to find our way to contribute to making a more beautiful world because we can’t not do this.

The cells in my toe nail do what they need to do so that they create afunctional toe nail that grows and the cells in my eyes do what they need to, to ensure that I can see. But if my toe nail is broken there may be pain and this will affect my vision and perception of my reality and if my eye is damaged I may stub my toe nail. A more extreme example may be that if we have cancer in our throat it is not happening in isolation. It affects the balance and the environment of the whole body/mind/emotions/spirit. Everything is connected and yet there is sometimes only an awareness of this when the system breaks down.

I guess it is living with awareness that helps us remember that everything is connected and our presence constantly reminds us of the miracle and interconnectedness of life. When we arrive at this place we no longer need pain to encourage us to stay in alignment with our true nature, which is love and truth.

When we honour another we honour ourselves. Giving and receiving are really one and the same thing and yet we live in this physical realm of duality. So it is wise to find the balance of giving and receiving in life until by grace we transcend this mind construct.

Christ reminds us that in relation to others, in conscious relationship, of how when we receive, we can do the other a great service by allowing them to give. He was a great giver but he knew that everything is connected and that in receiving Mary (or Ruth’s) act of love he was honouring this universal law and that when we give or receive we strive to do so unconditionally.  This practise purifies our hearts.

Giving, receiving and honouring the interconnectivity of Life….another beautiful dance to be enjoyed while we are here in these human forms. Enjoy the dance…

Male Suicide and the Divine Feminine

At different points yesterday I found my mind wondering about the suicide of my homeless friend Rem and I saw the connection with the feminine, the heart, the feeling centre.
Rem was loved by many folk but he could not feel it. I can relate to this. When we are young and our needs are not met or we suffer trauma, we build protective layers around our hearts to protect them from feeling more emotional pain.
I think of these walls as made of ice and and all the unexpressed emotions that we were not able or capable of feeling at the time.
So we live in a world where the heart, the feeling centre of most people is encased in ice, frozen and inaccessible to varying degrees.
For me the heart is the throne or home of the divine feminine but for too long She has been locked away in this self made prison inside the hearts of men and women.
The ice prison bars protect us to some extent from feeling more pain but unfortunately the bars also prevent us feeling Love that is given freely by people that care about us.
Rem could not feel the Love because of the bars he had unconsciously created around his heart. If he could have felt the Love maybe he would not have taken his life.
My heart was also in an ice prison for much of my life but by the grace of God I realised that I could begin working to dissolve the bars. This is the journey back to the heart that we each are invited to take at this auspicious time in humanity’s story. This journey on a macro level is the pledge to restore the Divine Feminine, to her rightful throne. As each of us make progress on this journey to our own hearts we affect the collective and take more steps towards a new earth built on the foundations of Love and Truth and pure masculine and feminine principles.
This journey is not for the feint of heart because as we set our intention and walk the road back home we will initially feel everything that was not felt before. As the ice bars melt the old ‘frozen alive’ feelings are released and we must have the courage and awareness to know how to feel these feelings which are often intense, especially when we have been numb for so long and are so unaccustomed to know what it is to feel acutely.
For me Rem’s story is symbolic of the journey that man is invited to embark on at this time, back home to the heart, to honouring our feelings, to have the courage to feel the full spectrum of emotions that are part of the miracle of this human experience.
And this journey is not just for men but for women too. Perhaps it is just more of a challenge for men because we were often given even less permission to feel as boys growing up.
Melting the ice bars, feeling again, coming back to life,. walking each other home, courageously feeling what needs to be felt, remembering that not only are we all worthy of Love but that we are always Loved and in actual fact Love is our very essence.
Now is a good time for the sacred masculine to fully embrace the divine feminine, to set her free from the prison where she has been for too long and in this way there will be less and less stories like Rem’s until one day these stories will all but be forgotten.
